Hello! I’m Anneta; a Registered Psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists and the proud owner of Embrace Psychological Services.

I offer in person counselling sessions in Airdrie and virtual sessions throughout Alberta, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and Nunavut.

I have been in practice for 12 years. I work with clients 18+ in individual and couples counselling, provide parenting support and mediation for families going through separation/divorce.

Healing is not linear at all. There will be times of progress and moments of struggle! I’m constantly inspired by my clients’ courage and positive intention for change and their choice to do the work, even though healing and personal growth can be a lot of work!

It is a privilege to walk alongside clients daily. I look forward to meeting and supporting you on your unique wellness journey!

Lorena is accepting new clients.

Hello, I’m Lorena, a Registered Social Worker with the Alberta College of Social Workers. Having grown up in the Airdrie and Calgary area, I’m proud to call Alberta’s Wildrose Country my home. I earned my Master’s degree from the University of Calgary in 2024 and bring many years of experience working in the domestic violence field to my practice.

I am deeply passionate about a whole-self approach to wellness, where I integrate mental, physical, and emotional health to support lasting change. My work focuses on building a strong therapeutic relationship and fostering a meaningful connection with my clients.

I specialize in working with individual adults, couples and teens, addressing a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, chronic illness and pain, ADHD, trauma, body image or eating concerns and relationship issues. My goal is to empower clients to take charge of their well-being, nurturing self-awareness, balance, and growth.

With a client-centred, humanistic philosophy, I tailor my approach using evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). I adapt to the unique needs of each client to help them achieve their goals and build agency in their lives.

If you’re ready to take the first step towards a healthier, more balanced life, I’d love to support you on your journey. Let’s connect to see if we’re the right fit for each other.

Paige is currently not accepting new clients at this time. If you would like to work with Paige, please add yourself to her waitlist and she will connect when a cancellation occurs.

Hi there! I’m Paige, a Registered Provisional Psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists. I was born in Ontario but now live, work and play in beautiful Alberta. I have worked with at-risk youth and their families in the Calgary area since 2015 and completed my Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology through Athabasca University in 2022.

I work from a trauma-informed, client-centered and attachment-based lens. This means that I recognize the profound impact that past experiences and relationships can have on our present well-being and emotional landscape. In therapy, I aim to create a safe space for my clients to explore their emotions, thoughts and memories while fostering a sense of empowerment and control over their healing process.

I practice from several different evidence based approaches to therapy. But most importantly, as your therapist, I want you to know that I will be there to support you with whatever your goals may be in whichever way suits you best.
